Wir freuen uns, Sie zur 97. ordentlichen Generalversammlung der Schindler Holding AG einzuladen.

An der Generalversammlung dürfen nur die am 18. März 2025 (Stichtag) im Aktienregister als stimmberechtigt eingetragenen Namenaktionäre teilnehmen und das Stimmrecht ausüben.

Die elektronische Anmeldung bzw. elektronische Vollmachts- und Weisungserteilung an den unabhängigen Stimmrechtsvertreter ist ausschliesslich über die Applikation ShApp® von Nimbus gültig. Allfällige Änderungen elektronisch abgegebener Weisungen sind spätestens bis zum Freitag, 21. März 2025, möglich.

We are pleased to invite you to the 97th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Schindler Holding Ltd.

Only registered shareholders whose names appear in the Schindler Share Register with voting rights on March 18, 2025 (record date), are entitled to attend the General Meeting and exercise their voting rights.

The electronic registration or electronic issuance of proxy and instructions to the Independent Proxy is only valid via the ShApp® application from Nimbus. Any changes to electronically submitted instructions are possible no later than Friday, March 21, 2025.
