Our products and services

It’s our vision to help shape the cities of tomorrow, through technology and innovation. Our products and services are the cornerstone of this vision, engineered around providing urban mobility that’s smart, inclusive, and sustainable.

Moving people and goods

Schindler, Hotel Bürgenstock, Switzerland

Our elevators help make urban spaces more efficient: from big to small, heavy to light, from low-rise to high-rise – our elevators create vertical mobility.

Escalators and moving walks

If you need to move lots of people, escalators and moving walks are the answer. Think large buildings where mass movement is part of the equation (shopping malls, airports, train stations): escalators and moving walks help people get to their destination safely.

Moving goods

How do you fit seven Tyrannosauruses into an elevator? The answer is: by investing in a freight elevator. Freight elevators are designed to move heavy loads. Our largest one can carry as much as 45 tons (or those seven T-rexes).

Maintenance and repair

Our professional and experienced service technicians help ensure that our customers' equipment is always available.

Through maintenance and repair, we extend the lifetime of any elevator, escalator or moving walk, no matter what the brand. And with our digital services, leveraging the power of connected elevators and escalators, we help improve reliability and the long-term health of our customers' equipment.

Modernization doesn’t just ensure enhanced functionality, safety, comfort, and compliance with changing regulations and codes, it also helps add value to buildings by upgrading equipment and improving the user experience, while making buildings more sustainable.

Upgraded sustainability

Modernization helps to increase a building’s energy efficiency and reduces its overall carbon footprint through energy-efficient technologies that reduce the carbon footprint of the building and the operational costs of the elevator.

Adding value to the building

Our modernization solutions protect our customers' investment for the long-term by, for example, focusing on the components that need to be upgraded and extending the lifespan of the equipment. It also improves the user experience with upgraded accessibility, aesthetics, controls and illumination options, while reducing and increasing comfort.

CleanMobility solutions

Schindler CleanMobility, CleanCall

We’re living in a changing world and the way we interact and make contact with each other is changing even faster. There are new challenges in public spaces as we learn how to share it comfortably while maintaining our safety and protection.

That's why we’ve developed our innovative Schindler CleanMobility solutions - keeping elevators and escalators sanitary and safe.

Transit management
