One Manhattan West New York, USA

A stunning 67 floor tall high-rise set in the heart of the new development – West Manhattan

The top floors of One Manhattan West command expansive views of New York City, its two rivers – the Hudson and the East – and the Statue of Liberty at the tip of Manhattan. Standing 303 meters tall, this stunning 67 floor building is the tallest in the 650,000 Brookfield Properties mixed-use development –  Manhattan West. The project features office towers, a hotel, a residential building, retail space and a public plaza. square meter

We equipped One Manhattan West with 39 Schindler 7000 elevators, with the capacity to transport up to 8,000 passengers a day – all orchestrated by our Schindler PORT Technology to ensure the most efficient movement throughout the building.
