JK Square São Paulo, Brazil

Consisting of two interconnected high-rise buildings, JK Square is a stylish mixed-used projects brimming with innovation.

With two towers – housing 20 floors of office space, 51 residences, and 187 hotel rooms – connect by a podium level with retail space, JK Square Set in São Paulo’s upscale district of Itaim Bibi, is a stunning mixed-use project. 

The project marked the first time Schindler R.I.S.E (Robotic Installation System for Elevators) was used in the Americas. The robot was used during the installation of four Schindler 7000 at the project and our team additionally installed 14 Schindler 5500 elevators across the two towers.
