Situated in the heart of Singapore’s CBD, the biophilic skyscraper, CapitaSpring, is one of the city’s tallest and greenest buildings. Standing 280 meters tall, the building integrates a "green oasis" botanical promenade – 100 meters above the ground – and was the recipient of the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Platinum Award – one of the highest sustainability accolades that can be achieved in Singapore.
In such a densely built-up area, Schindler CLIMB Lift helped eliminate the need for external hoists during installation – which also allowed the facade to be completed sooner. Throughout CapitaSpring, facial recognition and QR code turnstiles have been integrated for a touchless user experience. The Schindler PORT transit management solution, for its part, optimizes travel time in the building, while making it more user- and eco-friendly. In addition, autonomous cleaning robots connect to the building’s elevators and turnstile systems.
