Silvio Napoli wird per 1. Januar 2014 zum CEO des Schindler Konzerns ernannt. Jürgen Tinggren wird an der kommenden Generalversammlung vom 17. März 2014 zur Wahl in den Verwaltungsrat der Schindler Holding AG vorgeschlagen. Er ist als Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats-Ausschusses vorgesehen.
Der Verwaltungsrat der Schindler Holding AG hat beschlossen, Silvio Napoli mit Wirkung per 1. Januar 2014 zum Chief Executive Officer (CEO) des Schindler Konzerns zu ernennen. Er übernimmt damit die operative Verantwortung des gesamten Konzerns.
Ferner hat der Verwaltungsrat der Schindler Holding AG beschlossen, Jürgen Tinggren an der kommenden Generalversammlung vom 17. März 2014 zur Wahl in den Verwaltungsrat vorzuschlagen. Es ist vorgesehen, dass Jürgen Tinggren Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats-Ausschusses wird. Jürgen Tinggren war seit August 2007 Vorsitzender der Konzernleitung und seit 1. Oktober 2011 CEO des Schindler Konzerns.
Silvio Napoli trat 1994 in den Schindler Konzern ein. Er ist seit dem 1. März 2008 Mitglied der Konzernleitung und verantwortlich für die Region Asien/Pazifik. Von 2005 bis 2008 war er CEO der Jardine Schindler Gruppe und davor Geschäftsführer von Schindler Hong Kong. Seit seinem Eintritt in den Konzern bekleidete er unter anderem die Funktionen Vice President Südasien, CEO Schindler Indien sowie Leiter Corporate Planning.
Thomas Oetterli, ist seit dem 1. Januar 2010 Mitglied der Konzernleitung und seit dem 1. April 2013 verantwortlich für die Aktivitäten des Schindler Konzerns in China. Er wird neu per 1. Januar 2014 dem CEO direkt unterstellt.
Die Konzernleitung setzt sich ab dem 1. Januar 2014 demnach wie folgt zusammen: Silvio Napoli (CEO), Erich Ammann, David Clymo, Didier Gaudoux, Albert Haffert, Thomas Oetterli,
Miguel A. Rodriguez, Oswald Schmid und Jakob Züger.
