Schindler Product Cyber Security

We’re serious about cyber security. Our elevators, escalators, and connected products are all designed with cyber resilience in mind. We follow the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) methodology when developing new products. This entails threat modelling, code and design reviews, as well as security testing. We investigate all security breaches and attempts to penetrate our products, and take remediation action immediately. If you believe you’ve identified a security issue, please send us a message.
