Schindler R.I.S.E: bahnbrechendes Robotik-System nun im Einsatz

Das Schindler Roboter-Installationssystem für Aufzüge (Schindler R.I.S.E) ist das weltweit erste selbstkletternde, autonome Robotik-System, das Installationsarbeiten in einem Aufzugsschacht durchführen kann. Nun wurde er im Rahmen von Kundenprojekten zum ersten Mal kommerziell eingesetzt. Dazu gehören das Wiener TrIIIple-Projekt und der Warschauer Varso Tower, der höchste Wolkenkratzer in der Europäischen Union.


Bis dato war die Aufzugsinstallation eine rein manuelle Angelegenheit: Mechaniker steigen in den Aufzugsschacht, um dort die korrekte Montageposition für die Führungsschienenhalter zu bestimmen. Gleichzeitig bohren sie Löcher in die Betonwände, um die Ankerbolzen für die Halter später darin zu versenken. Die Installation von Schachttüren erfordert ebenfalls diesen manuellen und repetitiven Ablauf.

Mit der Einführung von Schindler R.I.S.E hat Schindler nun diesen Teil des Installationsprozesses vollständig automatisiert. Damit werden die Aufzugsmontage schneller und präziser und die Arbeitsbedingungen der Monteure sicherer und weniger belastend. Diese richtungsweisende Innovation war in der engeren Auswahl für den Swiss Technology Award in der Kategorie Innovation Leaders. Der Swiss Technology Award ist der bedeutendste Innovations- und Technologiepreis der Schweiz.

Das System ermöglicht eine schnellere, sicherere und präzisere Installation, was sowohl unserer Kundschaft als auch unseren Monteuren zu Gute kommt,» so Thomas Oetterli, CEO von Schindler. «Schindler R.I.S.E nimmt bei der breitflächigen Einführung von Robotik im Bausektor eine Vorreiterrolle ein und bringt mehr Sicherheit, Qualität und Effizienz auf Baustellen.»

Schindler R.I.S.E kam erstmals 2017 als Prototyp zum Einsatz. Seither wurde das System auf Herz und Nieren geprüft – unter anderem beim Projekt «The Circle» am Flughafen Zürich. Dort hat der Roboter bei der Installation von massgefertigten Personenaufzügen des Typs Schindler 5500 tatkräftig mitgeholfen. Nach erfolgreich bestandener Testphase wurde Schindler R.I.S.E dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal beim TrIIIple-Projekt in Wien eingesetzt: einem bedeutenden Bauprojekt bestehend aus drei 100 Meter hohen Türmen. Unlängst war Schindler R.I.S.E auch bei der Montage eines kundenspezifischen Schindler-7000-Aufzugs im Varso Tower in Warschau beteiligt. Das Grossprojekt, dessen Fertigstellung für 2022 geplant ist, zeugt von der Leistungsfähigkeit dieser innovativen Lösung, die bald bei neuen Projekten weltweit, wie demnächst bei einem Neubau in Dubai zum Einsatz kommen wird.
