Schindler Olayan wird insgesamt 293 Aufzüge, Fahrtreppen und Fahrsteige für die Phase 1 des neuen Mehrzweckprojektes The Avenues – Riyadh in der saudi-arabischen Hauptstadt Riad liefern, das eine Fläche von mehr als 1,8 Mio. Quadratmetern einnehmen wird.

The Avenues – Riyadh, in erstklassiger Lage im Norden von Riad, wird nach seiner Fertigstellung mit 380 000 Quadratmetern Fläche das grösste Einkaufszentrum im Nahen Osten und fünf weitere Mehrzweckhochhäuser mit Hotels, Wohnungen und Büros beherbergen.
Im von der Shomoul Holding entwickelten The Avenues – Riyadh verbindet sich traditionelle Salmani-Architektur nahtlos mit modernem Design. Die Planung des Komplexes hat bereits die LEED-Zertifizierung des American Green Building Council erhalten.
Schindler Olayan liefert 134 Schindler 5500 Aufzüge (davon 45 Personenaufzüge und 89 Service-Aufzüge), einen Schindler 2600 Aufzug, 150 Schindler 9300 Fahrtreppen und acht Schindler 9500 Fahrsteige. Alle Anlagen werden dank Cloud-Konnektivität rund um die Uhr überwacht werden können. Das Schindler ActionBoard ermöglicht dem Kunden einen Überblick über alle Aufzüge und Fahrtreppen in Echtzeit und vereinfacht damit das Priorisieren von Aufgaben wie Performanceüberwachung, Wartungsplanung, Datenaustausch oder Statistikauswertungen.
