How to become part of the Schindler Career Development Program
Each year, 12 exceptional participants are chosen through our internal Talent Review processes. To be eligible for the SCDP , you should meet the following key criteria:
- worked at Schindler for at least 12 months
- 7-15 years of professional experience
- experience in people management or a highly expert/influential functional role
- aspiration to grow into executive positions
- performance and potential rating requirements
- proficiency in English (C1 level)
- availability for international mobility
