How to become part of the Global Talent Programs
Recruitment is an internal process. You will be nominated after coming to an agreement with the local manager and HR. Criteria for nomination criteria are:
- You must have worked at Schindler for at least six months
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree
- You are hungry to learn, ambitious, and committed to career growth and continuous development
- You show potential to assume a senior leadership position in the future
- You are proficient in English (min. C1 level)
- You are willing to work abroad and have a genuine interest to work in an international environment
